I'm flying to Portugal this month. I am allowed to enter?
Until 23h59 of 31 August, the defined by Order Order n.º 8001-A/2020, several restrictive measures of air traffic to and from Portugal, is in force.

Please be informed that the Portuguese consular posts are processing all types of national visas.
As for short-term visas, restrictions still remain, with the exception of visas for EU citizens’ relatives (within the meaning of Directive 2004/38) and for essential travels (third country nationals traveling for professional reasons, study, family reunion, for health or humanitarian reasons), in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of Order No. 8391-A /2020.
Short-stay visas for non-essential travel may only be issued to foreign citizens legally residing in the countries listed in Annex 2 of the above referred Order: Australia, Canada, China, South Korea, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda , Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay.
