All visitors to the Embassy are required to schedule an appointment in advance through the email address email@example.com or phone number +65 6224 2256 during the following office hours:
Mondays to Fridays
mornings: from 10am to 1pm
afternoons: from 2pm to 4pm
Walk-in visitors without an appointment will be refused entry to the Embassy.
i) If you wish to apply for a Schengen visa for Portugal (valid up to 90 days for tourism, etc), please contact the Embassy of Germany in Singapore, who also accepts Schengen visa applications for Portugal. More information at this link.
ii) If you wish to apply for a Residence/Temporary stay visa for Portugal (valid for more than 90 days for eg. study or work purposes), please check the necessary documents at https://www.vistos.mne.pt/en/national-visas/general-information/type-of-visa, and contact the Embassy after having all the documentation in order.
The Embassy of Portugal in Singapore currently has no agreements with private companies or agencies for visa processing.

Before being presented at the Embassy of Portugal for legalisation, any documents issued by the Singaporean authorities for use in Portugal must have already been certified by the Singaporean Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This Embassy can provide translation services regarding civil registration documents between the Portuguese and English languages. For the translation of other documents, we can provide a list of translators who are duly recognized by the Embassy. Please note that we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of the translations, but merely recognise the signature of the translator. Presently, consular fees can only be paid in cash, with Paynow or trough cheque from a Singapore bank, and only in Singapore dollars.
